Reports

Reports (/admin/reports) reads back what your signature links earned. signplume never records who clicked: a click is counted against the campaign, the link and the sender, never the reader.

Nothing is counted while click tracking is off. Switch it on under Click tracking on Campaigns.

Campaign clicks

Pick a campaign to see the clicks on its banners by day and by department. For an A/B split test, A/B split test results compares the two banners. Clicks from scanners and link prefetching are counted separately, so they do not inflate the numbers.

Person clicks

Pick a person to see the clicks on their signature links, by link: banner, booking link, website and each social network.

Downloads and links

Each table has a Download CSV button. The choices you make ride in the address, so a report is a link you can reload or share with another admin.
