Activity

Activity (/admin/activity) is your organisation's audit log: who changed what, and when, across settings, people, templates, billing and security. Entries are kept for 12 months.

The log

Each row says when the change was made (in UTC), who made it, what they did and to what. For a settings change, the Change column shows the value before and after. The newest entries come first.

Changes an AI assistant makes for someone are recorded as that person, because the assistant acts as them (see AI assistant).

Filters and download

Filter by Action and by Who; the list updates as you choose. The filters ride in the address, so a filtered view is a link you can reload or share with another admin. Download CSV downloads the entries you are looking at.
