Brand
Brand (/admin/brand) holds what every signature and every invitation carries about your company. Set it before you pick a template: it is what every preview is drawn with. The Setup guide's step Add your brand is done once a logo, a website or a social link is saved here.
What you can set
- Company logo: PNG, JPEG or GIF, shrunk to fit. If a template leaves the logo out, the screen says which.
- Company name: shown in signatures and in the invitations your team receives.
- Website, Brand colour and Booking link: the booking link is used for anyone who has none of their own.
- Legal disclaimer: the small print at the foot of your signatures.
- Language of your signatures: tells screen readers which voice to read your signatures with.
- QR code: adds a code to every template that saves the sender to the reader's contacts.
- Social links: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub and YouTube, used for anyone who has none of their own.
- Promotional banner: PNG, JPEG or GIF (animation kept), at most 600 pixels wide, with a link and alt text for screen readers. A live campaign on Campaigns replaces it for the people it targets.
- Badges: up to 4 linked images, such as certifications or award seals, on one row of every template.
The logo, banner and badge images save as soon as you upload them. Everything else waits for Save brand; the preview shows it as you type. A person's own photo is set from the pencil on People.
The preview
The preview draws a real message with the signature in it. Choose whose details to draw with Preview as, and which template with Template. Switch between Light, Dark, Phone and HTML to check how it reads in each, and Copy this signature copies it as shown.
Previewing a template here assigns nothing. The template your team gets is chosen on Templates.
